The anti-β-tubulin antibody is developed using peptides derived from the β-tubulin of many animal species, including humans. The antibody is antigen-specific immunoaffinity purified and conjugated to peroxidase (HRP). It is useful for detection of beta-tubulin in western blots.
Western blot analysis of Jurkat cell lysate with CN0865.
250 μg/mL in stabilizing buffer with 50% glycerol
Reductive amination, HRP/Ab ratio - 2:1
Antigen specific affinity chromatography
The antibody recognizes human β-tubulin protein as a single band.
ELISA (1:2500); WB (1:1000)
Alpha and beta tubulin represent the main subunits of eukaryotic microtubules. They are highly conserved proteins so they are frequently used as loading controls during immunoblotting.
